Shipping
You will receive your purchase at the shipping address you have indicated, except for PO boxes.
Remember that, if you wish, you can indicate a delivery address other than the one specified in your customer profile. This is very useful in cases where you want to give a gift, if you spend more time at work than at home or if you are going to be away from your usual residence for a while.
You also have the option of picking up your order at our physical stores in Madrid at Calle Serrano 76 or Calle Zurbano 25.
At AGAIN Cashmere, we do not charge shipping costs within Spain, except for the Balearic Islands, for purchases over €60. For purchases under the above-mentioned amount, shipping will be €4.96. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, nor to the United Kingdom or Switzerland.

The estimated delivery time in Spain is 24/48 hours on business days, except for the Balearic Islands (3/4 business days).
During the holiday season, we recommend placing your orders early, as delivery times may be extended.
For other destinations within the European Union, between 4 and 10 business days.
If you've created an account, you'll be able to see the status of your order in the orders section.
Orders placed between November 15th and 31st will have a return period of January 15th.
Changes or Returns
The deadline for any exchange or return of a purchase is 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The items must be in perfect condition, with the label. Once we receive the items, we will transfer the corresponding amount to the account number you provide us.
AGAIN Cashmere reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return if the item is not in PERFECT condition.
AGAIN Cashmere is not responsible for returned products not received due to loss, theft or damage. In case of defects or manufacturing faults, the transport costs incurred will be borne by the brand.
If you make a purchase outside of the sale period, the price applied to the item is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
If you wish to exchange your item for another during the sale period, the discounted prices will not apply to the item originally purchased. Exchanges must be made at the original purchase price.
Items purchased during sales or special promotions cannot be exchanged or returned at their original price outside of that period.
Final clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned.
To exchange or return a purchase, you can go directly to our physical stores.

For online purchases, you can manage the return from the order confirmation email by clicking the "return" option. We will send our postal service to collect the item (cost €8).
If it's an exchange, you can write to us at marketing@againcashmere indicating the item you'd like to exchange it for. In this case, the postage will be on us =) We'll send you the new item and pick up the one you want to return.
AGAIN Cashmere will not be responsible for returned products not received due to loss, theft, or damage. In the event of defects or manufacturing defects, AGAIN Cashmere will cover the shipping costs.
