At AGAIN Cashmere we do not charge shipping costs within Spain except the Balearic Islands. We do NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Nor to the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

The estimated delivery time in Spain is 24h/48h on working days, except for the Balearic Islands 3/4 working days.

For other destinations within the European Union between 4 and 10 business days.

The deadline for any exchange or return of a purchase is 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.

The items must be in perfect condition, with the label. Once we receive the items, we will transfer the corresponding amount to the account number you provide us.

AGAIN Cashmere reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return if the item is not in PERFECT condition.

AGAIN Cashmere is not responsible for returned products not received due to loss, theft or damage. In case of defects or manufacturing faults, the transport costs incurred will be borne by the brand.

For returns, you must send the garments to our store at Serrano 76, 28006, Madrid. If you prefer to collect the garment, AGAIN Cashmere will discount the fixed price of €5.95 on the return.
