Shipping
You will receive your purchase at the shipping address you have indicated, except for PO boxes.
Remember that, if you wish, you can indicate a delivery address other than the one specified in your customer profile. This is very useful in cases where you want to give a gift, if you spend more time at work than at home or if you are going to be away from your usual residence for a while.
You also have the option of picking up your order at our physical stores in Madrid at Calle Serrano 76 or Calle Zurbano 25.
At AGAIN Cashmere we do not charge shipping costs within Spain, except for the Balearic Islands, for purchases over €60. We do NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, nor to the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

The estimated delivery time in Spain is 24h/48h on working days, except for the Balearic Islands 3/4 working days.
For other destinations within the European Union between 4 and 10 business days.
If you have created an account, in the orders section, you will be able to see the status of your order.
Changes or Returns
The deadline for any exchange or return of a purchase is 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The items must be in perfect condition, with the label. Once we receive the items, we will transfer the corresponding amount to the account number you provide us.
AGAIN Cashmere reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return if the item is not in PERFECT condition.
AGAIN Cashmere is not responsible for returned products not received due to loss, theft or damage. In case of defects or manufacturing faults, the transport costs incurred will be borne by the brand.
To exchange or return a purchase, you can go directly to our physical stores.

You must include this information:
- Order number.
- Items to be returned.
- Reason for the change or return.
After verifying the data, we will send you a confirmation email with the steps to follow.
For returns, you must send the garments to our store at Serrano 76, 28006, Madrid. If you prefer to collect the garment, AGAIN Cashmere will discount the fixed price of €8 from the return.
AGAIN Cashmere will not be held responsible for returned products not received due to loss, theft or damage. In the event of defects or manufacturing faults, the transport costs incurred will be borne by AGAIN Cashmere.
